Prep your camping breakfasts ahead of time with these delicious overnight oats!
Not only are they great during the summer, but also healthy and versatile.
Ingredients
🍌 1/3 to ½ cup milk or plant-based milk
🍌 1/3 to ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
🍌 1/3 to ½ cup yogurt or plant-based yogurt
🍌 1 teaspoon chia seeds, optional but highly recommended
🍌 ½ banana, mashed, optional
🍌 Serve with fresh or dried fruits, nuts, nut butter, seeds, protein powder, granola. coconut, spices, etc.
Instructions
✔️ Add the desired amounts of milk, oats, yogurt, chia seeds and banana to a jar or container, and give them a good stir.
✔️ Regrigerate overnight or for at least 5 hours.
✔️ In the morning, add additional liquid if you like a more liquid mixture. Top with desired toppings.
