Had a few issues before, when I got my first RV 3 1/2 ago, when that place was called Eastview RV which ended up being resolved after a while. Now named "KAPUSKASING RV", and under new ownership, with some of the same staff, my experience has been way better for my second purchase (29 FOOT BULLET SUPREME). Sylvie the salesperson, answered all of our questions on and off business hours, before abd after the buy. She gave us good service, and gave us what we wanted with our RV. Kevin C. did a good job delivering it. Jennifer and her staff gave us, and are still giving us great service behind the counter. Kandy from the warranty department, is currently working with us on resolving the minor issues this new purchase has, which were mainly caused at the factory who build it. So it's not their fault really, since they have no control on how RVs are build. So to finish off, I'm not afraid to say, that their service is great. Alain the service tech was great. Went through in detail, what he was doing, and why. Jennifer was who brought me in over the phone, saying, of course they can help me. We ended up visiting 3 days in a row to buy things to better our rv and get more things looked at and fixed up.

Couldn't have made a better choice. From sales to service, everyone is top notch. It's a busy year and I allowed the whole day to pick up my new RV. The staff are swamped with work and I feel for them. They made sure everything was 100%. Every single person there gives 110% and we were amazed. Prices are great, service is amazing, I'd recommend getting an RV there. Much better than any other place we visited while searching for our RV...

Cannot say enough good about the staff of Kapuskasing RV~truly wonderful people, oh & we love our new trailer too! We broke down in Kapuskasing on the way to our new home in New Brunswick. We started out just by looking for a new spare tire for the trailer and ended up buying a brand new 2021 Hideout trailer!! Not only did the staff have us back on the road in record time~but they also allowed us to complete our paper work for our new house and send it back in!! We truly felt blessed to have broken down in such a friendly place with such helpful people. Thanks Guys & Gals you truly restored our faith in humanity. 😁💜
